THE GOAL
Ultimately, we wanted to provide smaller banks with ways to keep up with the massive banks. There wasn’t a solid sense for who specifically would come to an App-Marketplace, what their expectations might be, and how that touch point might best serve banks looking for new fintech solutions without resources to implement them on their own.
OUR APPROACH
This approach allowed us to compare ourselves to competitors and level set where we were falling behind, but also, where our customers were falling behind and where we could help them catch up and address unique concerns they were having.



We were able to map the “fintech-adoption” process that these banks move through when adopting fintech today and where an app-marketplace would be able to streamline their experience.
Overall, we better understood their mindset around fintech and were able to target specific concerns and leverage the excitement these customers were showing.
